WHAT TO EXPECT

📞 Personal phone consultation (approx. 45–60 min)
We’ll start with a detailed conversation about your child’s current sleep situation. We’ll look at sleep patterns, challenges, and your family’s specific needs. You'll receive valuable insights and initial tips you can start applying right away.

📄 Extensive, customized sleep plan
You’ll receive a detailed sleep plan tailored to your child and your family. It includes practical steps, realistic goals, and clear guidance to help you build a healthy and sustainable sleep routine.

📩 3 weeks of personal email support
You won’t be on your own during implementation. For three weeks, you can reach out via email with questions and updates, and I’ll guide you through each phase to help you stay on track.

📑 Daily feedback on your sleep log
By keeping a daily sleep log, you’ll receive personal and targeted feedback. We’ll monitor progress, spot patterns, and adjust the approach as needed — so you always feel supported and confident.

📞 Final evaluation call (approx. 20–30 min)
After three weeks, we’ll schedule a closing call to reflect on the progress, answer any final questions, and provide long-term tips so you can continue independently with confidence.
